This recipe is especially quick when you have grilled chicken left over for last night’s supper, and this recipe is also tasty and will be “the go to one” time and time again. Enjoy
Chicken Grape Salad
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
1 cup chopped celery 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup seedless green or red grapes ½ teaspoon salt
½ cup toasted slivered almonds* pepper to taste
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Will make 6-8 servings
TIP: *To toast almonds, spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 ◦ F. about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
